Assistance needed with Not-For-Profit survey – are you on the board or the payroll of a NFP?

Women are well represented within the workforce of nfp, charitable and community sector organisations. The community sector alone comprises around 85% women, which is a key factor in the equal pay case for community workers currently before Fair Work Australia. Yet we know very little about the gendered nature of senior management and their boards.

YWCA Australia, the Australian Council of Social Services (ACOSS) and Women on Boards (WOB) have developed a survey to remedy this lack of data across the sector.  The survey takes around 8 minutes to complete.

If you are on the board OR employed in the sector please assist by completing the survey here.

Check this out, I'm in awe. My friend Ronni Kahn is at it again, disrupting the food supply chain, offering food security to the vulnerable. I've shared before about OzHarvest. When I first met Ronni ten years ago I knew she was special, but what she has achieved and continues to achieve truly blows my mind. She cares so much about the people that OzHarvest serves, and every person in her life, and gives her everything to make sure that no person needs to go hungry. The international expansion of OzHarvest is awesome, and this "take what you need" supermarket in Sydney is just brilliance. Repurposing and rehoming surplus food, keeping it out of landfill so that we all benefit and business overheads are lowered. Win. Win. Win. Love it! ... See MoreSee Less
