· Leading and or/ assisting in the design, planning and implementation of change management initiatives and projects
· Providing consultative change management and project advice to stakeholders
· Facilitating innovative workshops in order to achieve project / business planning outcomes
· Developing and actively managing stakeholder management plans
· Creating and delivering on various change management communications as per project requirements
· Developing and implementing training strategies and roll out programs for change projectsRequirements for this role include:
· Experience in designing and executing change management initiatives
· Strong consulting, facilitation and communication expertise
· Strong influencing, relationship building and teamwork skills
· Knowledge of project management
· Ability to drive change outcomes
· Knowledge of business planning strategies and techniques
· Experience within the Professional Services and / or Financial Services industry is preferred
