Do you have insights and ideas about the links between strategy and operational performance? Be part of the Palladium Groups survey and receive complimentary professional development resources

The Palladium Group is a global market leader in strategy execution management and conduct annual surveys to gather expertise in strategy, corporate performance management and business intelligence. Last year, the Palladium Group in partnership with Monash University conducted the first of a series of annual surveys, focused on the links between strategy and operational performance in public and private sector organisations across the Asia Pacific region. This survey clarified the critical importance of strategy execution to the operational performance and survival of a host of companies during the recession.

The Palladium group is now calling for respondents for their second survey, aimed at furthering the understanding of all aspects of strategy execution with a particular emphasis on how strategy is linked to operations and how this results in increased and differentiated organizational performance.  I believe surveys are worth being involved in to ensure that women are being heard in the surveys and findings the guide our business leaders.

The survey only takes 10–15 minutes to complete and will be accessible until July 29th. The report is confidential.

And if you do the survey, the Palladium group will provide you with:

  • A copy of the pre-published survey results.
  • A complimentary copy of “Mastering the Management System”, Harvard Business Review article recently published by Drs. Kaplan and Norton.
  • Access to membership in the Palladium Execution Premium global community.
  • AUD$200 off your next Palladium Official Kaplan and Norton Balanced Scorecard “How to Training” or, Official Kaplan and Norton Certification Boot Camp program.
