INVITATION: Wow. WOW! Come spend this Sunday night in Sydney with me and Will.I.Am and Champagne GH Mumm!

champagne_mummOK it doesn’t get much better than this: Will.I.Am choosing the tunes on the jukebox, a Sydney Harbour backdrop, catching up over a glass or two or three of Champagne GH Mumm. So what do you think, care to join me?  I have a double pass to get along and I’m looking for someone to join me.  Sound like your kind of gig??

Maybe not everyone knows how much I love champagne. So to give you some idea, these are some of the “ornaments” that adorn my bathroom:

And these….

And these ones too….

I’ve collected them over the years, some in Sydney, some in Champagne and everywhere in between. The Mumm bottle is actually from my first trip to the Champagne region 14 years ago when I first visited “le cave à vin de GH Mumm”. Ahhhh… the memories…

Oh, and how about Will.I.Am? Not bad either!! (Let’s not get into The Voice and my tragic addiction there but suffice to say I’m just a little bit excited!!)

Soooooo… back to the business!  I have a double pass to the Will.I.Am After Dark party at Cargo Bar in Sydney, this Sunday, as a guest of GH Mumm. And I’m looking for someone to come with me!

To be in the running, all you need to do is head across to my new Facebook page here and “Like” it. I’ll then draw a winner this Sunday, 20th July, at 10am.

Please note: you must be over 18 years of age and available to attend Cargo Bar in Sydney this Sunday night at 6pm. I’ll confirm this with the winner when I make contact!

Good luck, look forward to seeing one of you then!

Shout out to the magnificent men at Manly Cycles (in Manly, of course!) who helped me out today. No, I haven't returned to my youth and bought a bicycle (though I did have a lot of fun on that bike like that time I cycled half way to Adelaide and back during the school holidays because - well - just because. And that time I cycled to the next town over to collect a new pet rabbit, who looked a little horrified when she realised she was to be the cargo transported on the parcel rack).
No, after the bicycle being my mode of transport to and from school for most of my primary and high school years, I don't care if I never ride another bicycle in my life.
But... the horse needed some bike tubes for his tie up post. So the men at Manly Cycles sorted that out for me, with a smile, and wouldn't even let me buy them a coffee in thanks. Big thumbs up!
