Quotas are back in the news – with some for them, and some against… so what’s your take?

Over the years, opinion on gender quotas for boards and senior leadership positions has been like a pendulum swinging from one side to the other.  Until relatively recently, many senior women in business were on the record saying an emphatic “no” to quotas.  The view by many educated, experienced and talented women had been that […]

This TED clip is classic – you’ll love the stories she shares – especially the one from […]

This is so up my alley. "In order to liberate women, we need to liberate men." (Anne Hathaway - UN Women Goodwill Ambassador). Check this out, I'm in awe. My friend Ronni Kahn is at it again, disrupting the food supply chain, offering food security to the vulnerable. I've shared before about OzHarvest. When I first met Ronni ten years ago I knew she was special, but what she has achieved and continues to achieve truly blows my mind. She cares so much about the people that OzHarvest serves, and every person in her life, and gives her everything to make sure that no person needs to go hungry. The international expansion of OzHarvest is awesome, and this "take what you need" supermarket in Sydney is just brilliance. Repurposing and rehoming surplus food, keeping it out of landfill so that we all benefit and business overheads are lowered. Win. Win. Win. Love it! ... See MoreSee Less
