Employers: Measuring the value of training for your staff

Many of the women who attend the Ascend development days are sponsored by their employers, and the feedback from both the women and their employers is always very positive. While Ascend is a unique kind of training, being specialised, evolving and diverse, the days of questioning the value of training staff are over.
