If you’re a businesswoman, and have an idea, obstacle, issue or challenge at work you want to discuss with women who really “get” what you’re going through, then our Mastermind Mentoring Groups are perfect for you. As you will benefit from the experiences of 9 other women including the sphinxx SheEO Jen Dalitz, the Mastermind Mentoring Groups are turbo-charged mentoring. In February we have three separate Mastermind Mentoring Groups kicking off in Sydney: for women in Senior Leadership Roles, People Leader roles or their own small business. Attend one event or come along regularly – it’s up to you. And for those outside of Sydney we’re currently finalising a program of dates – click here to register your interest.
The sphinxx Mastermind Mentoring Groups have been designed to capture and share the insights and feedback from senior businesswomen and are open, productive and tailored to each individual idea/challenge raised. Groups are limited to 10 people to ensure robust, thorough and effective discussion.
“I truly enjoyed being in the company of articulate, accomplished women. It was a joy to listen to their advice and suggestions on both hurdles they have jumped, challenges they encounter on a daily basis and how they continue to enrich their lives with constant self development… I found the morning very helpful. To gain perspective from peers and mentors and to be reminded that I can do anything I put my mind to, was a wonderful way to start my day. I would definitely recommend these breakfasts to other women, from all walks of life. The group was the perfect size. Everyone was able to talk at length if they so wished as well as have an issue acknowledged.” Gabriela d’Abadie, Cue Clothing Company
“I thought Jen’s facilitation really ensured that the breakfast provided quite specific “takeaways”. It was also great to meet with a smallish group”. Marilyn Forde, Forde and Associates
“I thoroughly enjoyed the Mastermind breakfast, in particular the ability to use my own experiences to benefit others as well as receiving the combined wisdom of the group. I really appreciated the format of the advice that was given in that it had to come from personal experience.” Andie Petersen, Women in Balance
