Win one of 2 free passes to VECCI Women in Business networking event – MELBOURNE

As some of you know, my the VECCI Women in Business events are my favorite networking event in Melbourne… and that’s not just because Caroline Potter and her team have kindly sent me a double pass to give away to sphinxx readers for the next event on Thursday 31 March 2011.  Women in Business provides a unique opportunity to catch up with contacts and meet new customers, mentors and friends over casual drinks and canapés. The guest speakers are some of Australia’s most successful female entrepreneurs, whose insights and achievements will inspire and motivate. I always have a fun time and make great business connections at these events.

The next event – Coffee with a conscience brews international success – will feature GUEST SPEAKER Jacqueline Arias, Founder of República Coffee.  República’s products are now sold in Coles and Woolworths stores across Australia. Even Oprah Winfrey is a fan – República’s Drinking Chocolate was exclusively chosen for Oprah’s gift bags when Winfrey hit town in January 2011, giving the República brand a huge boost.

Come along, meet new people, have some fun and find out what inspired Jacqueline to become a pacesetter for the fair trade movement in Australia. Gain insight into the risks and challenges she has overcome on her journey to the top and discover her secrets to success in a male-dominated industry.
