Silvia Damiano is the founder of About My Brain and a passionate and
highly experienced speaker and facilitator on the topics of Emotional
Intelligence, Neuroleadership and Engagement. Her expertise is in
transforming the behaviours that limit people and cultures in achieving
their goals and potential. Originally from Argentina, Silvia has worked
extensively in South America, Europe, South Africa and Australia. She
brings an understanding of different cultures and industries with a
background in organisational development, learning and science.
I first met Silvia earlier this year and immediately fell in love with her book “Engage Me” – a beautifully written, easy to read book with photograph images and vast advice on how to engage people in your workplace to improve your business performance. A few conversations later and I was hooked – Silvia is absolutely a guru in her field and is now leading the way in brain creativity with a new concept called The Brain Art Exhibition. But don’t just take my word for it…
