Exclusive network for senior women working in the property sector – register your interest

I’m very excited to announce on behalf of sphinxx a new and intimate gathering of women leading in the property sector. From urban planning and architecture; engineering, construction and design; and advisory, transactions and property management,  Property Connect brings together women from across the sector to forge friendships and build trusted business relationships.

The first Property Connect event will be held in August in Sydney and is kindly being sponsored by Australian Workstation Manufacturers.  Our guest conversation starter will be Carol Schwartz AM FAICD. Carol has extensive experience in business, property and community organizations, and  is currently a director of Stockland, Yarra Capital Partners, Bank of Melbourne, Qualitas Property Partners, and Executive in Residence at Melbourne Business School. Carol’s previous roles include Chair of Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT) and President of the Property Council of Australia.

Comprising senior executives, partners and CEOs from property related disciplines, numbers are strictly limited, so to register your interest please contact Jen ASAP.

Shout out to the magnificent men at Manly Cycles (in Manly, of course!) who helped me out today. No, I haven't returned to my youth and bought a bicycle (though I did have a lot of fun on that bike like that time I cycled half way to Adelaide and back during the school holidays because - well - just because. And that time I cycled to the next town over to collect a new pet rabbit, who looked a little horrified when she realised she was to be the cargo transported on the parcel rack).
No, after the bicycle being my mode of transport to and from school for most of my primary and high school years, I don't care if I never ride another bicycle in my life.
But... the horse needed some bike tubes for his tie up post. So the men at Manly Cycles sorted that out for me, with a smile, and wouldn't even let me buy them a coffee in thanks. Big thumbs up!
