More and more attention is being paid to the “glass cliff” phenomenon where a woman only gets the top job when things fall to pieces as reported by diversity commentators and major Australian magazines.  With such a mess to clean up with the GFC, this article introduces you to the three key women setting American finance and banking back on track.
